
“Cheer U” – A Brand Design for Premium Italian Handcrafted Beers
I recently had the pleasure of working on an exciting project for a client who was launching an innovative online service specializing in handcrafted Italian beers. The service, called “Cheer U,” offers a unique subscription model where customers can receive monthly packages of carefully selected, high-quality beers delivered straight to their doorstep. Subscribers have the flexibility to choose their own selections or enjoy the curated monthly offers from the website.

The essence of the “Cheer U” brand is centered around the idea of celebrating the craftsmanship and tradition behind Italian beer-making. My client envisioned a brand that would appeal to urban professionals and millennials, people who appreciate both quality and convenience. The target audience is not only youthful and vibrant but also deeply conscious of environmental sustainability.

Design Approach
With these insights in mind, I set out to create a brand image that would resonate with this audience. The design had to capture the essence of the handmade quality of the beers while also reflecting the brand’s lively and eco-friendly personality.
To achieve this, I focused on incorporating soft lines into the icon design, which symbolize the artisanal and handcrafted nature of the product. The color palette was inspired by the warm, golden hues of Italian beers, with a vibrant yellowish tone that evokes feelings of joy, energy, and warmth. This choice of color also subtly nods to the sunny, inviting landscapes of Italy, further reinforcing the brand’s origin and authenticity.
